I believe that healing starts with a mind- body - soul connection. It is our birth right to feel joy and you have the strength to find it. When people are understood, heard and safe is where we can see our strength and grow. I enjoy when my clients are able to look at the difficulties of life and reframe them into positive experiences for their journey. I love to help my clients illuminate their path forward to improve their overall wellbeing. Everyone is on a path through this world and you can take the reins on your own journey. 
 

I intertwine my experience as a first generation Albanian American, crystal healer, and a previous chef into my work. I am a mom to two sweet girls who have brought light to my path and passion. 

 

I am working towards my Masters in Social Work at Fairfield University. I have a Bachelors in Psychology from Central Connecticut State University. I am also a Certified Crystal Healer from Evolve Healing Institute. 

 

My journey is to see that people can connect all the parts of themselves and continue to reach for their highest self. We are kindred spirits. So you do not have to navigate the journey alone.
