About Krystal
It's me, Hi!
I believe that healing starts with a mind-body-soul connection. It is our birthright to feel joy, and you already have the strength to find it. When people feel understood, heard, and safe, we can see our own strength and grow. I love helping my clients take life’s difficulties and reframe them into positive experiences for their journey. My goal is to help illuminate your path forward and support your overall wellbeing.

I intertwine my experiences as a first-generation Albanian American, a mom to three sweet girls, a crystal healer, and a former chef into my work. These experiences have shaped how I guide others to connect all the parts of themselves and continue reaching for their highest self.

I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Fairfield University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Central Connecticut State University. I am also a Certified Crystal Healer from Evolve Healing Institute and Reiki II certified.

Your Session Guidelines
Cancellations &
Late Arrivals
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice.

A $40 fee applies if notice isn’t given.
​
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in proportion to your delay at the practitioner’s discretion.
Full session fees still apply.

Everything shared during sessions stays private and is used to guide your healing.

Payment &
Policy Changes
Payment is required 24 hours before your session, preferably via Venmo to @krystalnaz.
Other payment options may be available upon request.
Delays in payment may result in rescheduling. All policies are subject to change at the practitioner’s discretion.
